VoteMostLikely is an online party game platform that allows users to create and join game rooms, answer questions, and play "Most Likely To" with friends. The Service includes:

• Free version with standard question packs
• Premium version with adults-only content and unlimited rounds ($4.99 one-time payment)
• Multiplayer game rooms supporting 3-12 players
• Real-time voting and results

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account using Google or Apple authentication. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 13 years old to create an account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

4. Premium Access and Payments

4.1 Purchase Terms

Premium access is available for a one-time payment of $4.99 USD. By purchasing premium access:

• Access is permanent and tied to your account
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• You must be 18+ to purchase premium access

4.2 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our service, all sales are final. Refunds are only provided in cases of:

• Technical errors preventing access to purchased content
• Duplicate charges or billing errors

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing premium users.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content

While playing, you may create player names and game results. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process this content to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
• Content or conduct of other users
• Service interruptions or technical failures

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

7.3 Content Warning

The premium version contains adults-only content that may be offensive, inappropriate, or unsuitable for minors. By purchasing premium access, you confirm you are 18+ and understand the mature nature of the content. We are not responsible for offense or discomfort caused by game content.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VoteMostLikely, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your user-generated content

9. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services including:

• Google/Apple: For authentication
• Stripe: For payment processing
• Supabase: For data storage
• Google Analytics: For analytics

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.

10. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to:
